NOBLE BALI is made of single origin, organic grown, sun dried beans from the Indonesian isle (pulau) of Bali. The cacao still has traces of criollo beans from the Maya’s in Mexico, brought to Asia by the Spanish. The cooperative selects only the very best beans for Heinde & Verre.
