1) QUICK STEAM METHOD

2) LATTE ART METHOD

This method is similar to making a cappuccino. Instead of adding espresso we make a concentrated amount of chocolate drink first and add steamed milk on top which allows for creating latte art.

1) Scoop the desired weight of drinking chocolate flakes and add it to the first pitcher

2) Pour a bit of fresh milk or milk alternative on top of the flakes

3) Short steam blast to heat it up and melt the chocolate flakes

4) Whisk the warm milk and flakes to nice consistancy

5) Pour the concentrated drinking chocolate mixture in a cup

6) Take a second pitcher and pour approximately the amount of milk/ milk-alternative you need to fill the rest of the cup (like a cappuccino)

7) Steam the milk or milk-alternative

8) Add the steamed milk to the cup and create the latte art. Ready to serve.
